Considering these sentences, Should I say 'Concerning these sentences' instead?

- She is applying for an international company. Is it correct to say it this way?

- is located on/in the south/southern coast of .

- You can ask him again if you like, but it won't/wouldn’t make any difference - he'll still say no.
