Hi, I'm writing a paper, and I'm kinda stuck on this sentence: As peremptory norms are mostly ‘created’ – ‘revealed’ is a better term, as they are considered to always have been existed - by international law courts ... I know it's not correct, but I just can't get it right. If it's a better term, then why not simply use it?
