Connotations questions
Hello,
I am working on a project and we need to name a production we have created. The name tbat suits our needs and all agrees on is "Aleph". We did research the meanings of the word but my question is, what are the first connotations and associations that come to your mind when you see Aleph? Does it have any soecifically extreme references like religious contexts? What about alternative spellings?

Alef definitely is Jewish and Aleph sounds like Alef, so yes, my first thought was Judaism as well.
Alpha just means first for most of us. But it's also a very common word and used in many names.

In Arabic the first letter is Alif too. I saw it soelled different ways.

I don't understand the question. I simply associated "Aleph" with "Alef" which (as a Hebrew word) I associate with Judaism. Perhaps if I grew up speaking Arabic, I would associate Aleph with Alif and thus would associate it with Arabic instead.
