Connotation of 'flap' as a noun?

Would someone please tell me if 'flap', as a noun, when used as a product name for a small piece of fabric for kids, carries any negative connotations / meanings? I understand it also means fuss / panic, but I cannot tell how typical this meaning is.

Thank you! I was worried as in some student dictionaries flap = slap, which I believe is not that positive for a kid... Emotion: thinking
