Connecting words

Hi

I have a few question regarding when to "connect" words together. Here are the words I am having doubts about

nonlinear or non-linear?
cavity-enhanced or cavity enhanced?
ultranarrow or ultra-narrow?

I would be very happy for any help.

Best,
Niels.
