Conjunctions of time

Are there certain tenses that cannot be used with conjunctions of time? Or does it depend on which conjunction you use?

Thanks.

I had never heard of them until recently. Here's a link with a little information.

I quote from your link: "The words before, after, as, when, while, until, since, are conjunctions. They tell when something happens, so they are called conjunctions of time."
