Conjunctions and parts of speech in regards to time?

Which preposition is correct in the field below?

I live in Australia. Have I put the right punctuation for the time " 3pm"

" I should be in/at Central Station at 3.00pm. "

" as the correct punctuation, but over the last few years in my translation work I have certainly noticed that "pm" or "am" without punctuation have now become acceptable. 00 for the time when using the 24-hour clock, and US usage is to use the colon as the separator. However, I think that the colon is gaining more acceptance in the UK too.

Personally, and depending on how precise or formal you need to be, I would write either

"I should be at Central Station at 3 pm."
or
"I should be at Central Station at 15:00."

The Oxford Manual of Style and Chicago Manual of Style both give "p.m." as the correct punctuation, but over the last few years in my translation work I have certainly noticed that "pm"
