conjunction and comparative

My house has have more doors, windows, and lights than john's house.
In USA, there are more drivers and traffic lights than Qatar.
In USA, there are more drivers, large roads, and traffic lights than Qatar.

so are these sentences right we must repeat writing the word "more" ?
note : comparing large roads I mean number of roads not the size.

With these corrections, the sentences are okay. You do not have to keep repeating "more."
My house has have more doors, windows, and lights than John's house.
