Conjunction

Good day all

Sorry respectful teachers for taking your precious time

Using (or), (and), (not) conjunctions..... I have problem with all of them concerning arranging sentences and different kind of words

In this sentences below:

He is clever, likes tea, doctor, unsocial, helpful, does not have humorous sense, confined, best friend and likes silent beaches.

I don not imitate, not pretend, not bother and do not disturb you.

It is safer, the best and has the perfect quality.

Here I want to arrange various kind of words or serial of items(nouns, adjectives, phrases) to describe, for example, David.

Is this question right grammatically , gives right meaning, and helpful, and understandable? How does it sound to a native?

Is the sentence right ? Do I have to repeat (not and or) with every item?

How can I arrange series of different kind of words (nouns, phrases..) to describe a city, a country, or a person?
