Confusion with the word compliance. Help me pls!
Which one is right or wrong?
Example 1 # I am planning to modify our greeting and signature to be complied with the new policy.
Example 2 # I am planning to modify our greeting and signature to be in compliance with the new policy.
What's the difference between these 2 sentenses?
Shall we go about it as the samples below?
Shall we go about it as below samples?

Prem, There are several ways of expressing this idea. The first example I would change to read "I am planning to modify our greeting and signature to comply with the new policy". The second example is perfectly correct, but the 'to be' is not really necessary.

There are several ways of expressing this idea.
The first example I would change to read "I am planning to modify our greeting and signature to comply with the new policy".
The second example is perfectly correct, but the 'to be' is not really necessary. "I am planning to modify our greeting and signature in compliance with the new policy".
