Confusion with structure

Hi, everyone, I hope all of you are well.Please help me as follows,
Is this kind of structure correct?

#1. I could have access in that laboratory.
here, access is a noun. now my question is that, Is it possible to use "noun" after 'could have'?
Yes, I know it is possible to use V3 after 'could have'.

The sentence is not really complete; there should be a to-phrase after access. Perhaps it is OK in context, though.

I could have access to the chemicals I need in that laboratory.

here, 'have' is a verb. But I am talking about certain past. eg. I could have done something. Here, 'done' is a verb.
And could you please tell me, 'Is Could only for imagine or not, or is it about past.

You are confusing the present perfect tense with the simple verb "have."

I could have accessed the secret formulas in that laboratory. (present perfect tense of "access" with the modal "could")
I have access to the school lunch program because I am a poor student. (simple present of the verb "have")
