Confusion with simple things

(1) It's a history book.
(2) Its name is history book.
In these sentences we have used "It's & Its". now if we complete this sentence with "That" e.g.
(1) That's a history book.
(2) now what should I do?
now if we complete this sentence with "This" e.g.
(1) This's a history book.
(2) now what should I do?

Besides, I know a little bit that,
"These" is the plural form of "This" Is it right?
"Those" is the plural form of "That" Is it right?
Now, What is the plural form of "It"
Though it's very simple matter but I am confused. Thanks....
