Confusion in sentence

Hi, Could anyone please tell me which of the following two sentences is correct?
I'm become bald.

I've become bald.

Also, please tell me reason .

Thanks for your reply. I also want to know how can I know if any verb is intransitive or not? Do I have to learn which verb is intransitive or which verb is not?

Also, "I'm" for the what subject is, and " I have " for what subject possesses. Doesn't second sentences look quite odd for being correct?
