Confusion in expressions

Hi,

I am wondering if there are used in English and if they are equivalent?

Is the working hours the same as the opening hours and the office hours? do we include the "the" article?

Also, for a company wise, what are the difference between its vision, goal, philosophy, mandate and value? Is there any terms i missed mentioning?

thanks!

"Working hours" mean the hours when you are usually at your job. If you gave a sentence in which you wanted to use it, we could be a better judge of whether you need an article. " A vision is what it wants to be.

Will that work for all the alternative expressions above?

Thanks!

This is all from an American perspective. Other dialects may have different answers.
If it's a regular business, you can say "office hours" or "business hours."

If it's a shop. you could ask simply about "their hours." "What are hours please?" or "What hours are you open?"
Don't use "opening hours."

You can also talk about "hours of operation" but "operating hours" doesn'
