Confusion between "one year " and 'one year of"

Hi,

Please let me know which of the below sentences is gramatically correct. Thanks in advance

1) I have 1 year experience working in XYZ company as Audit officer

2) I have 1 year of experience working in XYZ company as an Audit officer.

Hi, Both are said, but #2 is more standard. I suggest this. I have 1 year of experience as an Audit officer with XYZ.

Allow me to add that single digit numbers are usually spelled out.

Therefore, I have one year...
