Confusion about these 3 verbs

Hi,

please, can someone check this sentence and let me know which verb is better to use?

"You have been putting of for such a long time and now there is not much time left"

to put off, to procrastinate or to postpone?

Thanks

Pamela

Depends on the context. "Procrastinating" seems the be the better choice if you are talking about getting work done. "Postponing" would be used if an event or a meeting kept getting rescheduled.
