You have to say finds if she is the subject. However, whenever she finds me a nice one isn't a sentence. It's a subordinate clause and as there is no main clause, there is no sentence.

Which of them is grammatically correct?
You need to say 'she finds'.
However, the conjunction 'whenever' makes this a subordinate clause. To make a valid sentence, you need to have a main cause.
eg She gives me a flower

What made me confused the "whenever" is about something that will happen in future
