confusing words

Could you please help me understand what a girl is saying in the following video?

Between 0.52 and 1.02.

Here is my guess, but many words are missing.

"People call me a spic ? I'm Hispanic ? I'm loud ? it can be loud, but I'm loud because I'm Hispanic."

For the first part I get:

People call me a "****"; they just assume I'm bad because I'm Colombian[?] ... Oh, since I'm Hispanic I'm loud. I can't be loud; if I'm loud it's because I'm Hispanic."

I don't hear "Colombian" very distinctly.
