confusing expressions

For this debate, some opinions are even for closingthose factories such as oil, mine, concrete and so on.
...in which the emission of air pollutants is not avoidable duringthe industry process.

I feel confused by "such as " and "the industry process". I don't think they are right or proper expressions that the writer intends. However, I would like to hear what English natives make of them. ps: These sentences are extracted from an EFL learner's writing, though I am one of them too.

" followed a list of factories is fine. However, "mine" is not a type of factory, and while "concrete factory" makes sense, "factories such as concrete" doesn't sound exactly right to me. "the industry process" seems acceptable.

The basic grammar of "factories such as ..." followed a list of factories is fine. However, "mine" is not a type of factory, and while "concrete factory" makes sense, "factories such as concrete" doesn't sound exactly right to me.

"the industry process" seems acceptable.

I agree with the other replies, but it seems it has been resolved now anyway.

Thank you!

But if it is written as "...those factories such as oil and concrete factories and so on", is the sentence right? What would you correct the least to improve this sentence and not to change its original meaning?

but what does "the industry process" exactly mean? the production process involved in all kinds of industries? or the advance of industry-industrialization?

Some opinions are even for closing operations such as oil refineries, mines, concrete factories and so on, where the emission of air pollutants during the industrial process is unavoidable .

I would need to see more context to decide about

Oil is not made in factories. Oil refinery would be a better wording https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oil_refinery

the debate is generally over whether factories should be closed down to improve air quality, for your information. Since I want to categorize these errors, what would you suggest as a right code or label for this kind of error.

"those factories such as oil, mine, concrete and so on"

the possible errors I think that occur in the quoted part of the sentence are as follows:
0
1. The items after "such as" do not properly match the category mentioned before it, as previously explained.

2. Using "oil factory" instead of "oil refinery", if that is what happened, is an error, indicating lack of knowledge of the correct term. It is actually not completely obvious to readers that "oil factory" = "oil refinery". That was my guess though.
