Which of these are correct? Is there things to change?

Was cleaning the car worth the ride I gave you?
Is the ride I gave you worth cleaning the car?
Was the ride worth cleaning the car for?
Was it worth cleaning my car to get a ride?

Is the ring worth $100?
Is this particular $100 bill worth (giving away) that ring (for)?
