Confusing

Hi friends. I've got a question. Could you, please, explain something to me?

A. Whatever happened up there, I'm guessing, has something to do with what I'm about to show you.

I put commas correctly, don't I?
Whatever happened up there is a Subject, isn't it?

Any explanations are welcome. Thank you.
