Which is true???
never stop to learn or never stop to learning???
I know that after using to,must use base form but sometimes I found people did in different way.

It is NOT correct to say "never stop to learning."

However, the idea of "never stop to learn" is odd. What does that mean? Just keep forging ahead, and don't stop to figure out anything new?

Is it possible you mean to say "Never stop learning"? (Keep learning as you go.)

stop can be followed in two ways.

1. Stop to smell the roses.

Stop (what you are doing) for the purpose of smelling the roses.

2. Stop smelling the roses.

What you are doing is smelling the roses. Don't smell the roses anymore.

*Stop to smelling the roses is an incorrect pattern.
