confused with the useage of the sentence

out of these statement could any1 of you please tell me which one is appropriate for the past
-I would have bleached my hair first in order to get purple hair color
or
-i would have to bleach my hair first in order to get purple color .
the condition in the statement is i didn't color my hair and i was just discussing with one of my friends and then got entangled in this confusion,
