confused with the useage of the sentence

out of these statement could any1 of you please tell me which one is appropriate for the past
-I would have bleached my hair first in order to get purple hair color
or
-i would have to bleach my hair first in order to get purple color .
the condition in the statement is i didn't color my hair and i was just discussing with one of my friends and then got entangled in this confusion,

mohineesh any1 This is not correct English. Anyone is correct. In addition to that, you need to use capital letters and periods/full stops correctly.
