Confused with meaning of sentence

When I write below sentence to confirm anything, I always worry what other person interpret meaning of sentence.

"Please let me know when you will receive my courier"

I can interpret two meaning for above sentence.

[1] I am asking receiver to reply me or call me when they receive my courier
[2] I am asking them to tell me at what time they will receive courier.

Please help me to phrase correct sentence to me.

Please let me know what time you receive (not will receive) the courier. ( You want to know the time he is going to receive it.)
Please acknowledge the receipt of the courier. ( Here you want the person to inform you that he has received the courier.)

In sentences that correspond to your first interpretation (above) in English we don't use "will" with "when". In other words, in a subordinate clause of time, "will" is wrong. (There are other languages in which this pattern is used, but it's not used in Englis
