confused with grammatical things like ed and ies .

Question

my grammar not good so wanna ask how to use "ed"  "ies" "s" "ing". why sometimes behind "can" "to" cannot put "ed" or "ing" ?

You have several questions here, and some of them may need long answers to really explain them, but here are some short answers.
-ed is a common way to form the past tense of verbs. We jump -present, we are doing it now. We jumped -past, we did it before now. Not all English verbs form the past this way, though.
-ies is a common way to form the plural of a noun that ends in "Y". One bunny, two bunnies.
-s can form the third person singular present of a verb. I jump, you jump, he/she/it jumps.
-s is the most common way to form the plural of a noun. One dog, two dogs. There are some exceptions though.
-ing can form the present participle of a verb. I am jumping.
-ing forms the gerund of a verb. I like jumping. There are some other uses for -ing, but that would be a long answer.

Can and to are normally followed by the infinitive of the verb. Can you jump? You have to jump. I can't think of any occasion when you could use -ed or -ing after can or to, unless there is another verb between them.
