Confused structure of the sentence

Dear all,


I came across the below sentence (Actually this sentence scripted by bbc learning english. )

Anyway, I confused the below sentnece about structure.

the sentence to start with as the below.

"then we project forward to show you what sort of lifestyle you will have if you do nothing at all..."


What is the verb at this sentence? and how 'forward to' work in this sentence? How do interpret this?
