So first off, I have writers that create web content. I normally let them do their craft, but I noticed their fondness for using this sentence:
Company ABC is a locally and family-owned and operated business.
I've repeated this sentence way too many times in my head, and now I'm not sure if it's correct. If it's not, how could we improve the sentence structure?
'locally' appears to go with 'owned' and 'operated', but I don't think that was the intent. I'd have written ... is a local, family-owned and operated business.

I would write this:
Company ABC is a family-owned locally-operated business.
You can also have
... is a family owned and operated local business.
