Confused constructions

hi Sir,
there are three sentences .
can someone tell me which one is correct?

1.Dennis realized that during the conference how inattentive he had been.
2.Dennis realized that during the conference he had been inattentive.
3.Dennis realized how inattentive ha had been during the conference.

I always confuse the rules of sentence structure.
