confused adv with adj

I've been confusing the word "naturally" with "natural" for quite a long time, especilly in the following two examples, the first of which was actually a topic of an article, it said "how to wake up naturally", the other example was from an episod of Downton Abbey, the actress said "I'd like to sleep until I woke up natural", what is the difference between the use of the two words?
