If Trump wins, he will deport all illegal immigrants.

If Trump won, he would deport all illegal immigrants.

I created this with the current status as you already know there is an election in November. Whats the exact difference in meaning between two sentences above? Does the first one show confidence? And the second one shows less cofidence compared to the first one? Please help me.
