confused

this has always confused me. when would be the approriate time to put a comma after too?

example: I want to go too. I love you too. Oh, me too. Etc.

and when should commas be placed in these particular sentences?

No but I will go.

Hey Joe how was work?

I appreciate your input.

Some grammarians demand a comma before too , but I see no point if the sentence is short and obvious. Too many commas clutter the text. What you want the commas to do is help express the way the sentence might be said by the speaker and considered by the listener.
