Confuse about Learn English

Hi, I m Hanif from Pakistan. I m working an advertising company as Admin Executive. My problem is that my English is so week. i cant speak fluently. ,Write, and understand English movies. In this regard some person says me to listen BBC drama Flatmate.

Please advice me some Books or website which is beneficially for me. from where i can understand speak English and write . and also business English.

Hi Hanif, If you look at my profile I have an ESL website that offers tips and tricks and some stories to learn English. I also advise listening to as much English as you can and repeating out loud what you hear. It is important for pronunciation.
