0 Note that - in the UK at least - I believe there are already minimum standards specified; different banks conform to them without having to define their own. 00 If a bank says 'we've defined our own', alarm bells ring in my head. It suggests that there's something in the agreed standards that that bank 01 b 00 doesn't 02 b 00 like (and probably doesn't conform to). 02 br
