There is person who want to buy goods from the Malaysia, this person(buyer) from Palestine, but when the contract was signed in Egypt, the goods have been received in Germany, but the goods were not the same as required, knowing that he is not writing in the contract on any law will be applied? what is the law that must be applied in this case?
