conflict management

Hi,

I just included this in my resume.

"Conflict management: prevent and manage sudden crisis, which sometimes erupt with little to no warning"

Is this correct grammatically?

Cheers

com/dictionary/crises However, I'd avoid defining terms in a resume, as you do here for conflict management, terms which should be clear to all involved.

Conflict management and crisis management are completely different things. So I'm not sure which you mean. If I were hiring someone for a human resources position, I'd want conflict management skills. For a communications position, I'd want crisis management skills.
