Confius: Past Tense And Present Tense In A Line

Hello there,

Which one is correct?
  1. He worked at the hospital which is located in Kuala Lumpur.
  2. He worked at the hospital which was located in Kuala Lumpur.
Basically, the whole sentence should be past tense. However, in my case; the hospital is still exist at the same location. Doesn't this should be present? So, which one is correct and why it is?
