Confirming Proforma Invoice

Hi there,

I received a letter from my supplier saying please confirm the Proforma Invoice, as i have made my purchase and a result of the order preview they have sent me whats available from the stocks.

So i am not sure how to draft an email confirming the my PI.

Please Help!
