Confirmation of residence letter

Hello, I need to write a confirmation letter for a tenant as if I was a landlord.

Could somebody check and correct it if necessary?

This letter is to confirm that Mr John has been a resident

of the flat of 100 Main Street from 01.01.2009.

There have never been problems regarding this person

and rent was always paid on time.
