RE: CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT

We refer to your letter of employment dated 1st November, 2014, which specified that your confirmation of appointment is subject to satisfactory references and medical fitness.

You are hereby informed that we are yet to receive a satisfactory reference from any of your referees and previous employer; you are advised to contact your references and complete this process before 20th November

Consequently, your confirmation of appointment with the company, which was due on 1st May, 2015, is still pending until documentation is completed.

Please note that failure to receive satisfactory references on or before the date above, your salary for the month of November will be withheld.
