Can some one help me about my below email?
i want to confirm my manager.

Dear sir,
1. The Guest House payment has withdrawn from Bank
2. As per Mr. John emailing discussed the June month budget will receive on Monday.
3. As per mentioned financial tasks which Mr. John has pointed out for February Month, it will be prepared as soon as possible. and every department should send their related reports to Finance department.

I think you should write "has BEEN withdrawn", but I'm not sure.
