Confirm it for you or to you?

1) We would like to confirm "you" that the goods were delivered on July 4th.

2) We would like to confirm "to you" that the goods were delivered on July 4th.

3) We would like to confirm "for you" that the goods were delivered on July 4th.

I would appreciate it if anyone could tell me which one is the correct one.
