confirm acceptance

Does it sound right:

Apart from that, we would like to confirm our acceptance of the rest of the parameters.

Context: a formal letter to a partner discussing the production of membranes, their characteristics, what membranes will be produced, our disagreement with some membrane parameters, etc.
