Confidence in/about my self?

I tried to use the word 'confidence' like this

"I feel confident in myself." and them someone told me to put 'about' in front of myself. I have no idea sighs

One more question : What is the difference between 'Save up money' and 'Save money'?

Thanks in advance.Emotion: big smile

I think it would be better to say, "I have confidence in myself," or "I feel confident about myself."

"Up" just intensifies the meaning of "save." It's informal; your grandma might advise you to "save up your allowance, dear, and you can buy yourself something special" but your bank would never send out a brochure encouraging you to "save up a little each month."
