Confict and misunderstandings in an telf class
i have a question I need to answer for my telf course
What can you do to avoid or minimize the possibility of a conflict or misunderstanding within a group of participants, and how might you deal with any that arise?
The only thing that I can think of is to avoid talk of politics and I cant think of what to do if a problem with this arises. If you could help me with this question with any experience you might have from your own background i would appreciate it.
