Thank you very much my friend. About below sentence, I want to use it in an application form. They asked for IELTS but I dont have it. So I have limited space. Do you have any suggestion to improve it?

Hi. welcome to this forum.

As Jim explained, you cannot omit the second have. Because the first thave is main verb and the second have is auxiliary verb.

If both were either main or auxiliary verbs you could do that.

Ex. I have a pen and a pencil. (main verb)

Ex. I have registered and prepared myself for the seminar. (Auxiliary verb)

Am I

I would say;

1. I have a good command of English in the aspects of speaking, writing and listening and I will . . . . .

or in short you can say

I have a good command of English and I will . . . . .

2. I am fluent in English and . . . . .

I hope it helps and good luck with your application
