Conduction of one's lessons...

Hi

Does the underlined phrase work at all?

(Principal to a teacher)

The principal is concerned about the teacher's teaching methodologies or how he conducts his lessons in a class.

Let's talk about the conduction/conducting of your lessons/lectures. I have a few concerns.

Thanks,

Tom

Thanks, deadrat.

So can you provide me with a natural word or phrase for this situation?

Has the teacher lost control of discipline in his classroom? If so, in the United States, a principal would request a chat about "class

In my experience, lectures are a feature of post-secondary education, and the term is only used in that context.
