Dear families of the passed-away firefighters,
On behalf of all the people in Iran, I wish to offer my condolences to you upon the death of your beloved sons and husbands in the line of their duty.
I got really dismayed to hear about this tragic incident. This is really a hard note to write; these brave men have sacrificed their lives for the safety of others. They died martyrs for they went beyond the call of their duties. Obviously they could save their lives by escaping the imminent danger, but soldiered on to save others'.
Once again, I extend my deepest and sincerest sympathy to you all on your sad loss. I hope that time and memories will help lessen the burden of your sorrows, and that you may draw some measure of comfort knowing that others care and share in your loss and their thoughts and prayers are always with you.
Sincerely yours,
PL
