Conditonal when giving advice to past self

Hello, could someone please help me with these two sentences: "I´d tell her to keep working because one day it´s all going to pay off. I´d let her know that she´d find her strength, motivation and purpose soon." It´s a part of my advice to my younger self and I´m worried the grammar I used is incorrect.

Thanks a lot

This is largely OK. To be consistent with the backshifting, "it's all going to pay off" should be "it would all pay off". You are using the wrong character for the apostrophe.
