If I win the lottery, I will travel around the world”-- Conditional I

If I won the lottery, I would travel around the world”-- Conditional II

If I had won the lottery, I would have travelled around the world”-- Conditional III

What you wrote is correct - you do need the second conditional here

Here's why:

You'd use conditional 1 (real) for events that are likely to happen.

You'd use conditional 2 (theoretical) for events that aren't very likely to happen - but that could. This is where your sentence fits

You'd use conditional 3 (unreal) for events that cannot be changed as they are now in the past.
