Conditionals

Hi

Could someone please correct the following sentence for me or make it more formal for a business letter?

Had we provided raw materials that are inconsistent with our declaration, we will take full responsibilities and compensate for the damages we have caused to our clients.

Thanks a lot

This is not a good case for the past perfect conditional in my opinion. I would simply say: "If the materials we have provided are in fact inconsistent with our declaration, we will take full responsibility and will compenate our clients for any losses and damages caused.
